Third Post – Pinotage/Cabernet/Grenache 2018

A Cape blend made from 100% Piekenierskloof grapes. These grapes were carefully selected with Pinotage from 35+ year old bush vines as well as Cab being from bush vines. Piekenierskloof fruit is unique and shows nowhere to be found richness. The wine has an intense fruit driven character with notes of plums and cherries. The Cab gives the wine enough grip to ensure beautiful ageing while the Grenache gives the wine finesse. Enjoy with rich dishes like oxtail or lamb shank.
